Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment lifecycle for our business units, drive employer branding, and deliver key talent acquisition metrics. The role combines strategic partnership with hiring managers, hands‑on sourcing, and data‑driven reporting to build a strong talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, post vacancies and source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and agencies.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews and coordinate interview panels, assessments and feedback collection.
• Manage offer negotiation, extension and pre‑boarding handover while maintaining accurate records in the ATS.
• Track and report core KPIs such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, source of hire and offer acceptance rate.
• Build monthly and quarterly TA dashboards for leadership and analyse recruitment funnel data to recommend process improvements.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including career page content, social media posts, job fairs and campus recruitment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in blue‑collar or FMCG environments.
• Proven stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience conducting competency‑based interviews.
