Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Nexttec Technology Outsourcing. In this role you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and design recruitment strategies that attract top talent. You will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct phone and in‑person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage the full recruitment process from posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Utilize recruitment metrics to track and report on recruitment success.
• Stay up‑to‑date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in IT or a recruiting agency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and ability to fill a variety of roles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
