Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities for Kasrawy Group’s automotive manufacturing operations and corporate functions, ensuring qualified talent is attracted and hired within agreed timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from manpower request to onboarding, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and pre‑employment documentation.
• Develop recruitment plans based on approved budgets and hiring priorities, and maintain talent pipelines for production, engineering, supply chain, finance and other functions.
• Coordinate technical, management and assessment interviews, provide candidate feedback and keep hiring managers informed of progress.
• Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, university partnerships and recruitment campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Management or a related field.
• 2–5 years of full‑cycle talent acquisition experience, preferably in automotive, manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies, work with manpower plans and meet recruitment timelines.
