Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Aumet across Egypt, Jordan and KSA. The role partners with hiring managers to define talent needs, builds strong pipelines and ensures a positive candidate experience while reinforcing our employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute recruitment strategies for multiple roles and levels, from technology to sales and operations.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and networking, and manage the full interview process.
• Coordinate interview schedules, provide timely updates to stakeholders and maintain accurate applicant data.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Promote the employer brand through campus recruiting, outreach programs and events.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of talent acquisition experience in a fast‑paced environment, with proven success hiring in Egypt, Jordan and KSA.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions concurrently with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and offer management skills.

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
