Senior Tax Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to join our finance team, responsible for overseeing tax compliance and accounting across multiple jurisdictions. The role involves close collaboration with external consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to statutory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with external tax consultants to manage tax, accounting, and statutory compliance in several countries.
• Monitor and document the company’s transfer pricing policy.
• Implement and maintain accounting‑to‑tax reconciliation processes.
• Support global and local tax and financial audits.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and drive continuous improvement within the tax department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a tax‑related role, preferably with Big 4 experience.
• Strong knowledge of Greek corporate tax regulations and GAAP; familiarity with IFRS is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Understanding of transfer pricing documentation.
