Senior Technical Account Manager

About the role

Modupay is looking for a Senior Technical Account Manager to act as the primary liaison between the company and its enterprise clients. You will ensure seamless integration of Modupay’s payment platform, maintain high system availability, and drive optimal product utilization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships, understanding business needs to support retention and growth.
• Lead communication during service disruptions, providing timely updates, root‑cause analyses and preventive actions.
• Assist clients with product implementation, onboarding, and go‑live activities, escalating issues to internal teams when necessary.
• Deliver training sessions, create documentation and resources to help clients maximize platform usage.
• Collect client feedback on features and pain points, translating insights into actionable recommendations for product and engineering teams.
• Monitor product performance and usage analytics, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering to align on client needs and advocate for client interests within Modupay.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical account management, client success or related roles within a SaaS/FinTech environment.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and a client‑centric mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
