Senior Technical Architect

About the role

NMH Designers is seeking a Senior Technical Architect to lead the development of detailed construction documentation for a variety of projects. The role combines design expertise with strong coordination skills to ensure that architectural solutions are technically sound and aligned with structural and MEP requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive technical specifications, working drawings, tender documents, and shop drawings.
• Develop detailed drawings from schematic design through construction phases.
• Coordinate architectural deliverables with structural and MEP disciplines.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and documentation flow.
• Ensure material selections and building finishes meet project standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering.
• 5–7 years of experience in architectural design, working drawings, and tendering.
• Proven ability to produce high‑quality technical packages for diverse projects.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to meet tight deadlines.
