Senior Technical Delivery Project Manager

About the role

VOIS, the strategic arm of Vodafone Group, is looking for a Senior Technical Delivery Project Manager to lead complex, high‑impact projects within its UK IT portfolio. The role will shape, mobilise and deliver multiple initiatives across cross‑functional teams, external partners and systems, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to Vodafone’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of one or more complex projects, owning the full lifecycle from business case to operational handover.
• Build and guide cross‑functional project teams, clarifying objectives and fostering collaboration.
• Define and communicate programme vision, aligning stakeholders to shared outcomes.
• Develop detailed project plans, forecast resources, manage dependencies and critical paths.
• Prepare cost estimates, track budgets and manage financial performance.
• Integrate workstreams into a unified delivery plan and monitor performance against measurable outcomes.
• Maintain stakeholder communication plans for senior internal and external parties.
• Oversee governance compliance and adherence to Vodafone delivery methodologies.
• Collaborate with system integrators and third‑party partners to achieve programme objectives.

Required profile

• Egyptian national residing in Egypt.
• Typically more than 5 years of experience delivering complex, end‑to‑end projects.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale programmes with multiple workstreams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with external suppliers and system integrators.
