Senior Technical Office Architect Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Office Architect Engineer to join our team on the Hyde Park Project in New Cairo. The role involves overseeing the preparation, review, and coordination of all architectural documentation and providing technical support to the construction team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and coordinate shop drawings, working drawings, and as‑built drawings.
• Review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare quantity take‑offs and material submittals.
• Follow up on technical approvals and maintain project documentation.
• Provide technical support to construction and site teams.
• Assist in project planning, reporting, and progress tracking.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.
• 4–7 years of experience in technical office activities within construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of shop drawings, quantity surveying, and technical documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in residential or mixed‑use projects is preferred.
