Senior Technical Product Manager, Developer Platform

About the role

Procore Technologies is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the Developer Platform within its Platform Services / Cloud Platform Engineering team in Cairo. You will act as the voice of over 1,000 internal developers and shape the roadmap for a platform that serves both human engineers and AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain golden paths for building, testing, and deploying services using frameworks such as Ruby and Go.
• Transform infrastructure provisioning into automated, policy‑driven capabilities that can be provisioned in minutes.
• Embed security, compliance, and cost governance through policy‑as‑code and automated remediation.
• Standardize observability, distributed tracing, and real‑time spend attribution across new services.
• Design agent‑native platform features, typed interfaces, and audit trails for both developers and AI agents.
• Drive the technical product vision, standards, and engineering practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and security teams to resolve friction points and increase platform adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience building infrastructure, developer tools, or platforms at SaaS scale.
• Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in modern cloud-native environments.
