Senior Technical Project Lead / .NET

About the role

Integrant Inc is hiring a Senior Technical Project Lead / .NET in Cairo, a full-time position combining project management with hands-on .NET development. The role balances stakeholder, user and team needs, delivering projects on time through collaboration and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and accept the project scope of work, protect the scope and manage change requests
• Apply software engineering processes such as iterative development, unit testing, source code control, inspections and reviews
• Coordinate activities and schedules, prioritize features and tasks, and act as the main technical and managerial point of contact
• Communicate risks, business opportunities and status reports to stakeholders
• Manage the project team: assign and release members, give feedback, provide high-level technical guidance and coordinate tasks
• Approve design specifications and project architecture, and sign off functional and technical specifications
• Track and audit the team schedule daily, resolve or escalate issues and motivate the team

Required profile

• Proven technical leadership experience managing medium to large teams to deliver high-quality software
• Excellent communication skills: managing expectations, reporting status, mentoring engineers and explaining technical concepts to non-technical people
• Analytical, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced, client-driven environment

Required skills

• C# and .NET framework (ASP.NET, TFS, VS)
• CSS, HTTP, JavaScript, WebAPI
• JS framework (Angular or React), design patterns, task programming, SEO basics, Inversify
• Docker, cloud hosting, security, authentication and authorization
• Familiarity with web sockets, caching, queuing, search engines, DDD and microservices
