Senior Telesales & WhatsApp Sales Representative

About the role

Ayed Academy is seeking a results‑driven Senior Telesales and WhatsApp Sales Representative to generate new business and close deals for its educational services. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and engage potential customers via phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Follow up leads throughout the sales cycle until the deal is closed.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM system.
• Re‑engage inactive and existing leads to create additional sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain long‑term professional relationships with customers.
• Prepare regular sales and follow‑up reports.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services or solutions.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of proven experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or WhatsApp Sales.
• Previous experience selling educational or training services is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, objection‑handling and closing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a target‑driven sales environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and on‑site in Mansoura.
• Demonstrated achievement of monthly sales targets.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
