Senior Travel Advisor

About the role

City & the Sea is seeking a Senior Travel Advisor to join its boutique travel and event consultancy in Cairo. You will manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements for private and corporate clients, ensuring seamless experiences from the first inquiry to post‑trip follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand preferences, budgets and travel objectives.
• Design detailed itineraries, book flights, accommodations and ground transportation.
• Coordinate specialized services such as private tours, event‑related travel and concierge requests.
• Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and quotations.
• Monitor trip logistics, handle changes and resolve issues in real time.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to service improvements.
• Support the growth of the agency’s client base through exceptional service.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build long‑term client relationships in luxury or boutique travel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international travel regulations, visa requirements and destinations, especially Egypt and surrounding regions.
• Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with the capacity to handle multiple concurrent requests.
