Senior Travel Consultant

About the role

Trivia Travel is looking for a Senior Travel Consultant to join its Giza office. In this full‑time position you will guide clients through every stage of travel planning, delivering personalized itineraries that match their preferences and schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on travel options and design customized itineraries across multiple destinations.
• Manage end‑to‑end reservations including flights, hotels, transfers and ancillary services.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators and other partners to secure bookings and ensure compliance with visa and documentation requirements.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries, resolve service issues and optimise travel plans for budget and experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s booking and CRM systems.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior travel or hospitality consulting, preferably within an agency environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent written and verbal English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Degree or diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with GDS platforms such as Amadeus or Sabre.
• Proficiency in travel booking systems and familiarity with international travel regulations.
• Advanced organizational and time‑management capabilities.
