Senior Treasury Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Specialist to manage and optimize our organization’s treasury and cash operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in cash management, a solid understanding of audit and closing processes, and hands‑on experience with ERP systems. Retail industry experience is preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day cash management operations, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity monitoring, and bank account management.
• Oversee treasury‑related aspects of month‑end and year‑end closing, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation, reconciliations, and analysis.
• Monitor daily cash positions to ensure sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating terms and resolving issues.
• Utilize the ERP system to process treasury transactions, generate reports, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare periodic treasury reports and cash flow statements for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in treasury, cash management, or a related finance role.
