Server - Bullona

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Server to join the Bullona team at Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh. The role focuses on delivering exceptional room‑service experiences to our guests, ensuring every meal is presented with care and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms, respecting special requests and maintaining food quality.
• Greet guests, describe menu items with vivid detail, and answer questions about origin, taste, and preparation.
• Manage tray and dishware removal according to established time standards.
• Set up, break down, and clean room‑service stations, including condiments, flatware, and dishware.
• Anticipate guest needs, assess satisfaction, and provide timely suggestions or assistance.

Required profile

• Egyptian passport holder.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine hospitality mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
