Service Mechanic – Elevator & Escalator Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Service Mechanic to join our Cairo team. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on elevators and escalators.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in elevators and escalators.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on elevator and escalator systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance (PPM) to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or B.Tech.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the elevator and escalator industry.
• Strong knowledge of elevator and escalator systems and components.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
• Understanding of safety regulations and industry best practices.
