ServiceNow Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join our team and keep the ServiceNow platform running smoothly. You will work on core ITSM modules, automate routine processes, and support users across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure ServiceNow forms, lists, UI policies, and business rules.
• Manage user accounts, groups, roles, and ACLs.
• Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalogue modules.
• Design and maintain workflows and Flow Designer automations.
• Configure SLA definitions, notifications, and escalation rules.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and scheduled jobs.
• Handle update sets, perform instance cloning, and support scheduled upgrades.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and fulfil configuration change requests promptly.
• Maintain platform documentation and knowledge articles.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on ServiceNow administration experience.
• Solid understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL foundations.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• ITIL V3 or V4 certification is a plus.
• Clear communication skills in English (B1/B2 level).
• Detail‑oriented, self‑organized, and customer‑focused.
