ServiceNow Engineer (Digital & Technology Platform Services)

About the role

The ServiceNow Engineer will configure, customize, and optimize the ServiceNow platform to support business objectives across ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and SPM. Reporting to the ServiceNow Technical Lead, the role works closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and developers to translate requirements into functional solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications to align with business processes and ITSM best practices.
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using AI Agent Studio and related AI capabilities.
• Develop custom Now Assist skills for incidents, knowledge, catalog, change, and agent‑assist use cases.
• Implement Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Flow Designer flows, and Workflows.
• Support Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment, and CMDB maintenance.
• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
• Collaborate with analysts, product managers, senior engineers, and developers to deliver enhancements.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and ensure platform stability.
• Participate in upgrade testing and data quality initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience configuring and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Ability to work closely with business analysts, product managers, and technical teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for configuration‑related issues.
• Commitment to maintaining platform scalability, security, and governance.
