Shutter Manufacturing Machine Operator

About the role

We are looking for two experienced Shutter Manufacturing Machine Operators to work on advanced aluminum shutter production lines at our factory in Benghazi. The role focuses on operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and supporting efficient manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor shutter manufacturing machines and production lines.
• Handle aluminum coils and feed them correctly into the machines.
• Adjust machine settings to meet production requirements.
• Perform quality checks on finished shutters.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimise downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams.
• Follow safety procedures and workplace standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in shutter production, aluminum fabrication, or metal forming.
• Experience operating industrial or automated production machines.
• Strong mechanical and technical knowledge.
• Ability to read basic English instructions and machine manuals.
