Site Architect (Consultant)

About the role

We are looking for a Site Architect to join our consultancy team and oversee architectural works on construction sites. The role involves ensuring that all on‑site activities align with the approved drawings and specifications while supporting multidisciplinary coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily architectural site works and monitor progress.
• Verify that construction complies with design drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other discipline teams to resolve design issues.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Review contractors’ deliverables and ensure corrective actions are taken when needed.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of professional experience in architectural site supervision or finishing works.
• Strong background in architectural detailing and construction finishing.
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings and enforce compliance on site.
• Excellent coordination and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
