Site Civil Engineer

About the role

The Site Civil Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various consultants and disciplines to deliver efficient site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project progress and manage site operations to meet deadlines.
• Supervise and monitor the site labor force on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Provide technical advice, troubleshoot on‑site issues, and propose solutions.
• Prepare site reports and complete required paperwork.
• Manage relationships with consultants and coordinate work with other disciplines.
• Review and adjust shop drawings, suggesting process and design changes to improve performance and efficiency.
• Check documents for compliance with applicable codes, standards, and company procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in on‑site civil engineering management.
• Ability to supervise labor teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to technical detail.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and handling project documentation.
