Site Civil Engineer

About the role

Floor In is seeking a full‑time Site Civil Engineer to manage daily construction activities for industrial flooring projects in Cairo. The role involves ensuring that all civil works comply with design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers, technicians, and subcontractors to align daily tasks.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Supervise layout, execution, and quality control of civil works and flooring installations.
• Monitor material usage, site inspections, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Resolve technical issues on‑site and support progress reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of construction methods and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Proven experience supervising site works in industrial or commercial environments.
• Knowledge of stormwater management, drainage systems, and industrial flooring requirements.
• Ability to read and apply engineering drawings, codes, and regulations.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
