Site Director - Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the role

EVA Pharma, a pharmaceutical company dedicated to health and well-being, is looking for a Site Director to lead the site's strategy and manufacturing operations. The role aims to achieve business, operational, financial and quality objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence and continuous improvement, and to build strong site capabilities and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the site strategy in line with the company's business objectives, growth plans and strategic priorities.
• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations so that production, quality, cost, service and delivery targets are met.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, productivity and capacity optimization.
• Ensure full compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISO and other applicable regulatory requirements, keeping the site ready for inspections.
• Lead site expansion, CAPEX/OPEX planning, technology transfer and strategic manufacturing projects.
• Build and develop a high-performing site leadership team, including talent and succession planning.
• Own overall site performance and competitiveness through KPIs, cost optimization and cross-functional collaboration.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading a pharmaceutical manufacturing site or large-scale operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results on operations, productivity, cost and business performance.
• Fluent English communication skills.
