Site Engineer Architect – Construction Projects

About the role

The Site Engineer Architect will support the delivery of construction projects by producing accurate architectural drawings, ensuring constructability, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. This position bridges design and execution, guaranteeing that architectural intent is realized on site.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop detailed architectural shop drawings.
• Review design drawings to verify constructability.
• Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve design conflicts.
• Submit drawings for consultant approval and follow up on comments.
• Work closely with site engineers to ensure proper execution of architectural elements.
• Liaise with consultants and clients for approvals and clarifications.
• Attend technical meetings and provide architectural input.
• Prepare and submit material submittals in line with project specifications.
• Ensure materials comply with approved standards and project requirements.
• Prepare and update as‑built drawings based on site conditions.
• Maintain documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals.
• Track submittals, RFIs, and approval status; prepare technical reports as needed.
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to produce accurate cost estimates and pricing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable university.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction.
• Hands‑on experience with architectural principles and techniques.
• Strong knowledge of science, mathematics, and engineering principles.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
