About the role
We are looking for a Site Engineer to lead complex woodwork, doors and wooden projects, providing technical leadership across the site.
Key responsibilities
- Design scalable, high-performance systems for construction projects.
- Resolve complex technical issues and ensure compliance with design standards.
- Review and validate design documents, guaranteeing adherence to engineering specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Drive process improvements through automation and DevOps practices.
- Mentor and support junior engineers throughout the project lifecycle.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
- 7–10+ years of technical engineering experience.
- Experience in woodworks or related construction projects is an advantage.
Required skills
- Strong expertise in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency with Revit and similar BIM software.
