Site Project Manager – Commercial & Bank Fit-Out

About the role

Bold Egypt is looking for an experienced Site Project Manager to lead the execution of commercial and banking fit‑out projects. You will own all on‑site activities, ensuring that work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the construction site and supervise all on‑site execution activities.
• Coordinate daily work across civil, MEP, finishing, joinery and other trades.
• Supervise, evaluate and hold subcontractors accountable to agreed scopes and timelines.
• Develop, update and enforce the project schedule, identifying and mitigating potential delays.
• Implement strict quality control procedures, conduct inspections and manage snagging processes.
• Act as the first point of response for site emergencies, technical conflicts and unexpected issues.
• Liaise with consultants, clients and the head office to align on progress, changes and approvals.
• Enforce HSE regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing commercial fit‑out and bank branch projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary site teams and manage subcontractors.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the capacity to make quick, cost‑effective decisions.
