Site Reliability Engineer (DevOps)

About the role

As a Site Reliability Engineer at SITA you will ensure high product performance and availability across our global aviation technology platforms. You will proactively support products, resolve operational incidents, and drive automation to keep services running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Define, build and maintain support systems that guarantee high availability and performance.
• Implement automation for system provisioning, self‑healing, auto‑recovery, deployment and monitoring.
• Perform incident response, root‑cause analysis and problem management for critical failures.
• Monitor system performance, establish SLIs/SLOs and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations and Product teams to embed reliability best practices, including zero‑downtime architecture.
• Maintain an event catalog, create manual remediation procedures and develop automated workflows for alert resolution.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to improve service performance and ensure operational readiness for new products.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in incident handling and root‑cause analysis.
• Proven ability to work across development, operations and product teams.
• Experience in defining and tracking service‑level indicators and objectives.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating problem resolution and reporting.
