About the role

The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at external construction sites, ensuring work follows plans and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor work on external sites, ensuring compliance with instructions and plans.
• Coordinate with departments, supervisors, and contractors to maintain efficient workflow.
• Track material, tool, and supply needs and submit requisitions.
• Enforce attendance, departure times, and site regulations.
• Monitor work quality, report issues promptly, and prepare periodic status reports.
• Address field problems and escalate cases requiring administrative intervention.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and site‑specific instructions.

Required profile

• Relevant qualifications and prior experience in field supervision or site monitoring.
