Sitecore Solution Architect – XM Cloud

About the role

Arcsen is seeking a senior Sitecore Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of a large, multi‑market Digital Experience Platform built on Sitecore XM Cloud. You will own the end‑to‑end architecture, define integration contracts with the enterprise CRM, and set technical standards for the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Define Sitecore XM Cloud architecture, including rendering host strategy, content modelling, multi‑site and multi‑market structure, and environment strategy.
• Design a governed bi‑directional API contract between Sitecore and the CRM, covering lead capture, behavioural events, case creation, and personalization tokens.
• Implement single sign‑on across Sitecore admin and CRM using Azure AD.
• Establish personalization architecture with real‑time audience segments from the CDP.
• Set and monitor non‑functional requirements such as page load times, API latency, and concurrency limits.
• Own CI/CD pipelines (Sitecore CLI, Azure DevOps, Git) and branching strategy aligned with client governance.
• Produce solution design documents, sequence diagrams, and integration specifications; lead architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with Sitecore vendor advisory services and client IT governance.
• Mentor senior and mid‑level developers and define coding, security, and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 8+ years of Sitecore experience, including 2+ years with Sitecore XM Cloud or composable/headless implementations.
• Proven track record designing enterprise‑scale, multi‑site, multi‑language Sitecore solutions.
• Strong integration architecture background with REST APIs, webhooks, event‑driven patterns; MuleSoft experience preferred.
• Experience with single sign‑on and identity federation (Azure AD, OIDC, SAML).
• Deep .NET/C# development expertise.
