Smart Home Technician – On‑site in Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Smart Home Technician to join our on‑site team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will install, configure, and maintain advanced home‑automation systems for residential and commercial projects, ensuring reliable performance and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission and configure smart lighting, switches, controls and home‑automation platforms.
• Integrate and support smart security, surveillance, locks and access‑control solutions.
• Perform audio/video, entertainment and smart HVAC system installations.
• Conduct site inspections, technical assessments and produce accurate service reports.
• Troubleshoot hardware, wiring and integration issues, and carry out repairs, upgrades and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and project standards.
• Provide technical guidance to end‑users and coordinate with project teams.

Required profile

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Telecommunications or related field (degree not mandatory).
• 3‑5 years of proven experience installing and supporting Smart Home systems, preferably in KSA.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, good communication skills and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia and work on‑site.
