Social Media Manager (Cairo)

About the role

The Social Media Manager will lead the creation and execution of Blitz Armada’s social media strategy, driving brand awareness and audience engagement across key platforms. Working on‑site in Cairo, you will collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to ensure a consistent and compelling brand voice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a social media content calendar aligned with business objectives.
• Write, edit, and publish posts tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).
• Optimize content for reach and engagement using Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques.
• Monitor performance metrics, generate reports, and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to produce visual and written assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media marketing and SMO, preferably as a Social Media Manager.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong brand‑aligned voice.
• Ability to devise data‑informed content strategies and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Organizational skills to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Background in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
• Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools for social media performance.
• Knowledge of Social Media Optimization (SMO) best practices.
