About the role

Mbrace, a global marketing and advertising agency, is looking for a visionary Social Media Manager & Strategist to lead its social media department. You will shape and execute cutting‑edge campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring they stand out in a crowded digital landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee comprehensive social media strategies for multiple clients, staying ahead of industry trends.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of social media executives, content creators, community managers, and analysts.
• Oversee creation and curation of high‑quality, on‑brand content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Set KPIs, track performance with analytics tools, and present data‑driven insights to optimize future strategies.
• Act as the primary contact for high‑profile clients, providing strategic counsel and ensuring their social media goals are met.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns and leverage emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of social media management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within an agency.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns for large brands.
