Social Media Specialist – B2B Lead Generation

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Specialist to enhance our digital footprint and generate qualified B2B leads. You will craft compelling content that showcases our technical projects and engage business decision‑makers across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow company pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Create and publish project‑focused posts, including before/after installations of CCTV, cabling, and server racks.
• Develop and run lead‑generation campaigns, including paid Meta and LinkedIn ads.
• Respond to inbound messages, comments, and inquiries in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with the technical team to gather project data, photos, and insights.
• Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads) and continuously optimize strategies.
• Maintain a consistent brand image across all social channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, preferably B2B.
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
