Social Media Specialist / Expert

About the role

The Social Media Specialist will develop, execute, and optimise Cotecna's social media strategy to boost brand awareness, audience engagement and lead generation. Working closely with marketing, content and subject‑matter experts, the role will translate complex Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) topics into compelling social content that supports global business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement social media campaigns across corporate B2B accounts, measuring reach, engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing, content creators and regional experts to produce and schedule posts, videos and infographics.
• Support integrated digital initiatives such as email newsletters, audience segmentation and performance reporting.
• Maintain content calendars and coordinate stakeholder approvals using project‑management tools.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience managing corporate social media in a B2B environment.
• Background in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) sector or related fields such as quality assurance, sustainability or supply chain.
• Proven record of growing social media engagement and brand visibility.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media management and collaboration platforms (Trello, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Teams, Asana, Monday.com).
• Experience planning and executing email marketing campaigns, newsletters and audience segmentation.
• Ability to create and manage content calendars and campaign workflows.
