About the role

Stackdrop builds custom internal tools that help businesses replace spreadsheets with fast, reliable applications. As a Software Developer you will design, develop, and ship Retool‑based solutions that automate everyday workflows for SMEs and enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver custom internal apps using Retool, focusing on usability and automation.
• Create robust database schemas, manage SQL databases and ensure performance at scale.
• Write clean, maintainable JavaScript code to add functionality to Retool applications.
• Lead client discovery sessions, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver projects on time.
• Debug, test and QA your own work to guarantee reliable deployments.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers and teammates through pair‑programming and knowledge sharing.

Required profile

• Fluent English with confidence communicating directly with clients.
• Strong JavaScript abilities and eagerness to master Retool.
• Proficiency in database design, SQL and data‑management best practices.
