Solution Architect – Technical Leadership

About the role

The Solution Architect will provide deep technical leadership for one of Youxel's core products. This hands‑on role focuses on defining the product’s architecture, guiding implementation decisions, and ensuring the system is scalable, secure, high‑performing, and maintainable.

Key responsibilities

• Define, evolve, and document the overall solution architecture, ensuring clarity and long‑term maintainability.
• Design scalable, secure, and performant solutions using layered, modular monolith, microservices, event‑driven, or serverless patterns as appropriate.
• Apply Domain‑Driven Design (DDD) and CQRS principles, guiding teams on bounded contexts and domain modeling.
• Establish architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices across the product.
• Identify and mitigate architectural risks related to scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Lead technical decision‑making, review critical designs and high‑impact pull requests.
• Provide hands‑on technical guidance to engineers, QA, UI/UX designers, and product managers.
• Ensure alignment between backend, frontend, mobile, and QA implementations.

• Hands‑on coding expertise with a focus on code quality and engineering excellence.
