Solutions Architect Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Solutions Architect Manager to lead the design, governance and evolution of technology architecture across our banking solutions. The role will drive API and micro‑services adoption, ensure security compliance, and shape the strategic technology roadmap for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT teams to define and enforce architecture design principles, governance and standards.
• Champion the adoption of APIs, API Connect and micro‑services across internal and external solutions.
• Lead technical teams to follow security architecture standards and work with IT Security Operations to remediate vulnerabilities.
• Define actionable architectural vision and frameworks aligned with business requirements.
• Ensure non‑functional requirements are incorporated into solution designs.
• Create conceptual architecture documentation and strategic technology platforms for future growth.
• Develop and maintain a technology radar to track emerging trends and drive innovation.
• Design CI/CD processes and tools to support rapid delivery.
• Provide enterprise‑wide architecture road‑maps, recommendations and oversight of solution delivery.
• Promote best practices, lessons learned and continuous updates to architecture standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical teams in solution architecture.
• Strong understanding of security architecture and compliance requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable, sustainable architectural designs.
• Experience shaping technology strategy and road‑maps in a large organization.
• Familiarity with banking or financial services environments.
