About the role
Cairo Eats Catering is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join its dynamic kitchen team in Obour City. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain high culinary standards and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Support kitchen operations and assist the Executive Chef in daily tasks.
- Ensure food quality and consistency across all menu items.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Oversee food preparation techniques and monitor portion control.
- Help train and supervise kitchen staff to achieve optimal performance.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a comparable leadership role.
- Strong culinary expertise and thorough knowledge of food preparation methods.
- Excellent leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Deep understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and solve problems efficiently.
