Spa Concierge – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

The Spa Concierge is responsible for delivering a seamless, high‑standard spa experience to guests at Kempinski Cairo. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, understood, and cared for throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests by name with a warm smile and professional tone.
• Record guest preferences, manage appointments, and maintain accurate client profiles.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on spa treatments, recommend suitable programmes, and upsell services and retail products.
• Handle bookings, inquiries, and billing procedures efficiently at the reception desk.
• Coordinate with therapists to align treatment schedules and ensure optimal use of resources.
• Maintain a clean, presentable reception area and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Perform administrative duties such as inventory reporting, purchasing, and daily reporting.
• Participate in training and personal development sessions as required.
