Spa Therapist (Female, Egypt Only)

About the role

The Spa Therapist will be responsible for delivering high‑quality treatments and a complete spa experience to guests at our Cairo location, ensuring all interactions align with Resense’s brand standards and core values.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a range of spa treatments to a high standard, tailoring services to individual guest preferences.
• Maintain accurate guest records, preferences and treatment feedback.
• Stay informed about all treatments, current promotions and product usage guidelines.
• Complete handovers, follow‑up on guest satisfaction and address any discrepancies.
• Manage daily appointment schedules and maintain professional stock levels.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and proper maintenance of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Achieve sales targets set by the Spa Manager or Head Therapist.
• Assist with demonstrations, events and occasional reception duties.
• Adhere to health, safety and hygiene legislation and company policies.

Required profile

• Egyptian nationality with a valid work permit.
• Internationally recognized certificates in massage and beauty therapy.
• At least three years of spa therapy experience.
• Excellent oral and written English; strong local language communication skills.
• First aid and CPR certification (advantageous).
• Aromatherapy certification and knowledge of natural therapies.
