About the role
The Spa Therapist will provide a range of therapeutic spa treatments to guests in a safe, comfortable environment at our Madinaty location. You will ensure high standards of hygiene, maintain equipment, and support the overall guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver body treatments and various massage modalities such as Swedish, Aromatherapy, Hot Stone, Reflexology, Thai, Deep Tissue and Shiatsu.
- Maintain clean, well‑stocked treatment rooms and manage inventory of spa products.
- Respond to guest inquiries, recommend additional services and retail products.
- Uphold health and safety regulations and report any issues to administration.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or a related field.
- Valid license or degree in Aesthetics or Physiotherapy.
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist with hands‑on massage expertise.
- Strong command of English and excellent customer service skills.
