Spare Parts Sales Representative – Outdoor (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Spare Parts Sales Representative to work remotely and cover outdoor field activities. You will identify and engage potential and existing customers, present our auto spare parts solutions, and drive sales to meet targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, visit and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Present spare‑parts solutions, follow up on inquiries and close sales.
• Process orders, coordinate with internal teams on product availability, and support basic inventory checks.
• Document quotations and sales activities accurately.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and respond promptly to their needs.
• Achieve sales targets while upholding company quality and service standards.
• Prepare regular sales reports and gather market feedback.
• Suggest product or service improvements based on customer insights.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in auto spare parts or a related field with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong customer‑service and relationship‑management abilities.
• Basic understanding of inventory control and coordination with warehouses or logistics.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting products, negotiating terms and handling concerns.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to conduct field visits.
• Familiarity with automotive spare parts is strongly preferred.
• Ability to use CRM or sales‑tracking tools, basic MS Office proficiency, and strong time‑management skills.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Engineering or a related field is an advantage.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with internal teams.
