Spare Parts Storekeeper – Petroleum Services

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and organized Storekeeper to manage spare parts, tools, consumables and materials for our petroleum services operations. The role supports maintenance and operational activities across our sites on a 3‑week on/1‑week off rotation.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming spare parts and materials, maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Issue spare parts based on approved requests, track consumption and ensure availability of critical equipment items.
• Organize warehouse locations, label storage areas and conduct periodic stock counts and annual inventory audits.
• Document all inventory transactions, maintain Goods Receipt Notes and Issue Vouchers, and generate stock reports.
• Ensure safe storage, follow warehouse safety procedures and keep the warehouse clean and orderly.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in industrial or Oil & Gas environments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations and basic technical understanding of industrial equipment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using an ERP system for inventory management.
