Spare Parts Warehouse Officer

About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for a motivated Spare Parts Warehouse Officer to join its factory in Borg El Arab, Alexandria. The role focuses on managing spare parts inventory for heavy equipment, ensuring smooth warehouse operations and supporting the construction projects of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue spare parts and components for heavy equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
• Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams to fulfill parts requests.
• Utilise ERP systems (preferably SAP or Oracle) to track movements and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards within the warehouse.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in spare parts or warehouse management, preferably in a heavy‑equipment environment.
• Mid‑level professional with a strong understanding of inventory control.
• Ability to work Saturdays‑Thursday, 8 am‑4 pm.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
