Spare Parts & Warranty Engineer

About the role

The Spare Parts & Warranty Engineer is responsible for managing warranty claims and maintaining spare‑parts inventory to ensure high service levels, customer satisfaction, and protection of company rights. The role works closely with service teams, suppliers, and logistics to resolve issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor warranty budget, expenditures and approve claims according to policy.
• Investigate, review and resolve customer complaints and warranty cases.
• Coordinate with customer protection agencies until cases are closed.
• Train service, call‑center, sales and other stakeholders on warranty procedures and new products.
• Communicate warranty claims to suppliers and follow up until parts are replaced or reimbursed.
• Work with logistics and customs to meet spare‑parts ordering requirements.
• Track spare‑parts stock across warehouses, branches and third‑party locations, and manage re‑ordering.
• Forecast spare‑parts volume based on sales and service plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering (post‑graduate preferred).
• Up to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the appliances industry.
