Key responsibilities

• Prepare high‑quality espresso and specialty coffee beverages.
• Execute manual brewing methods such as V60, Chemex, and French Press.
• Calibrate grinders and uphold coffee quality standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational excellence.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a specialty coffee environment.
• Strong knowledge of espresso extraction and manual brewing techniques.
• Experience with milk steaming and latte art.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork orientation, and willingness to learn.
