Specification Engineer (Hardware & Documentation)

About the role

The Specification Engineer supports project delivery by preparing detailed specifications for hardware, equipment and related documentation. You will work closely with senior colleagues, consultants and both internal and external clients to ensure that all technical and financial offers meet project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create, organize and maintain project files and correspondence.
• Prepare routine letters, memoranda, reports and other documents using standard office software.
• Schedule and allocate work, coordinating with support services and assigning short‑term tasks.
• Assist external and internal client management through standard activities and support.
• Collect data from various sources and produce accurate reports.
• Prepare material and equipment specifications, technical and financial offers, and product data sheets.
• Guide consultants to ensure correct door hardware application.
• Develop cost summaries and monitor financial performance, taking corrective action when needed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in the architecture or construction industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on architecture.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
