Specification Manager – Egypt

About the role

The Specification Manager will lead product specification activities across Egypt, Libya and Sudan, acting as the bridge between our design, sales and marketing teams and key specifiers such as architects, consultants and developers. You will promote our interior‑design and bathroom product portfolio, drive market education and support the sales pipeline through strategic specification management.

Key responsibilities

• Promote company products through presentations, seminars, marketing materials and technical training for specifiers.
• Identify and engage architects, consultants and developers early in design projects to influence product selection.
• Maintain and update CRM and specification tracking systems to monitor project progress and capture specification data.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across hotels, residential, and healthcare sectors.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and technical teams to ensure a unified approach to product specification and demand generation.
• Plan and execute quarterly and annual activities aimed at increasing brand awareness and driving sales through specification demand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in fine art or architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of senior‑level experience in specification, sales or marketing within the interior‑design/bathroom products industry.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong market knowledge of Egypt, Libya and Sudan.
• Proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions and travel frequently on short business trips.
