Steel Production Engineer

About the role

The Steel Production Engineer will join our client’s manufacturing team in Beni Suef, overseeing steel production processes to ensure efficient, safe, and high‑quality operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control production lines, ensuring optimal performance.
• Optimize workflows and coordinate production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to quickly resolve issues.
• Analyze production data, identify root causes of deviations, and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports and support compliance with industry regulations.
• Communicate production status and objectives to supervisors, operators, and management.

Required profile

• Strong background in production engineering, preferably in steel or heavy‑industry manufacturing.
• Proven analytical abilities to interpret data and troubleshoot processes.
• Experience in production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization.
• Knowledge of quality‑control practices and ability to implement inspections.
• Effective communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Production Engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with safety standards, lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Beni Suef and handle a fast‑paced environment.
